There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Topeka real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

A little bit about Wade and I...
My husband Wade and I love living, playing and working in the Topeka Community! We have called Topeka home for nearly 20 years. Both of us are from different areas. 20 years ago, we didn’t expect that we would be here, but we love it, and don’t want to be anywhere else. We have 2 awesome kids – Reghan, a senior in high school, and Rayce and 8th grader. Our family loves our “four-legged” friends…our 3 dogs, and 2 kitties.
Wade has been a Realtor® since 2005. I joined Wade, and became a Realtor® in 2015 – creating “Team Wostal.” Over the years, we bring different assets to our clients. We have remodeled “DIY” several homes. We have sold some of those, and still own several of them…and have amazing relationships with our tenants. We understand first-hand how real estate can help grow your retirement, and personal wealth. Wade has been active in the Topeka 20/30 club, and loved volunteering for many school functions.
Previous to joining Wade in Real Estate, I had over 7 years’ experience in mortgage lending and banking. I ran mortgage departments, moved into Commercial lending, and was hired to help train/mentor fellow staff to learn how to be an effective salesperson. I am a Leadership Greater Topeka Graduate, and was a part of the best class ever, 2010.
I have always maintained the best salespeople don’t really “sell”. The best salespeople meet and exceed customers’ expectations. I am an advocate of educating yourself daily, and continually growing within your career and industry. We love working with people, and being a part of their exciting new journey!
